Payment via the online store and phone order is by credit card only. We accept all credit cards online and all credit cards except American Express over the phone. In some circumstances we will accept an online bank transfer with notification of payment. Payment in full of final amount is required, this will include all items purchased and delivery where applicable. There are no hidden costs, fees or charges or GST.
Payments for weddings are accepted via online bank transfer. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days to save the date and balance is due 1 week before event. Please note we do not accept a booking as final without a deposit and you risk losing your preferred wedding date if deposit is not paid. Please note you may risk not receiving your wedding flowers on the day if balance is not paid before hand. If you would like to arrange payment in installments please discuss this with us. If wedding flowers are delivered and installed with the balance remaining you may incur the cost of collection agents in the recovery of funds.
